How crass is the CROSSRAIL-HOLE-PLUGGER MAGAZINE THE LAWYER?

Why am I criticising the ‘Lawyer’ magazine [their web site publication] which has taken place ion the past 20 hours promoting Crsosrail? For a start, my Opposition to the Crassrail project is based on two fundamental things that directly affect the fact and the extent of democracy that we can see in Britain. Is the crassly conceived Crossrail Bill being pushed through undemocratically? Are the people whose lives are affected by the Crassrail Bill able to exercise freedom of speech about what they will suffer if the CrossRail Bill goes through? This in turn takes the issue straight to the heart of whether we have a democratic, an accountable, parliament at work in Britain today.
What is the mechanism whereby the people are able to exercise the freedom of speech when and where our lives are adversely and unjustly and unnecessarily affected by the behaviour of ‘the parliament’?
Is it ‘parliament’ that is behaving in the given adverse way or is it the controlling clique in parliament that is doing so? If it is the latter – and it is the latter, on the facts thus far – then what is the justification for saying that there is ANY scrutiny by the people for the people OF the peoples’ parliament ?
And this takes me to the behaviour of those who ‘ought to know better’ than to blithely slavishly ‘report’ – when they are bothered at all to ‘report’ on parliament . The report I am now concerned about is not any report in any tabloid or tabloidised part of any allegedly quality newspaper or ne2ws outlet. I am talking about a publication that caters for the specialised market populated by those who ought to care about whether there is a constitutionally valid and justified ;parliament. Or whether Parliament in Britain in the era of the Blaired degeneration nothing more than t collections or packs of poodles doing the routines at the behest of their given controlling unit.
The key point about the Lawyer journal’s promotion of the crass Crossrail scam is that it, the Lawyer. does not show ANY recognition of the constitutional imperatives involved. In fact, the Lawyer shows contempt to the concept of constitutionality.[To be continued]

The crassness of the Crossrail hole scheme is evident in its contents. In the crass attitude to the community as consistently shown by the Crossrail promoting staff employed by CLRL, the Cross London rail line company set up by London mayor Ken “Lyingstill” Livingstone and the Department for Transport. But the crassness ought in theory not to extend out of that obviously limited bureaucracy. But it does. And wildly into and through the ranks of those corrupt liars posing and trading as lawyers. They are the ones who are supposed to be the custodians of the constitution. Or are they! These liars are the ones from whose numbers would be drawn the judges of the future. And that is why even today’s sleazeball, grubby lawyers must be treated with serious attention. And that is why the concept of constitutionality or otherwise of the Crossrail Bill is related to what the liars professional outfit The Lawyer has been saying in the last 18 hours. It has been plugging Crassrail. And it has been doing this so brazenly stupidly and unconstitutionally that I am going to examine each of the criminally culpable component of the Liars’ promotion for the Crossrail hole Bill scheme plot and scam. How crass are the elements that supposedly make up the allegedly legally educated team? If the contents of their ignorant plug for the lying London mayor’s crassrail campaign this week is anything to go by, the lawyer cannot be at all educated. Not in the morality of things. Not in any knowledge that they have to tell the truth. so, why did even the ‘east london idiotiser’ find it odd that certain ‘opposition’ councillors in the crossrail hole-inviting tower hopeless council decided to stay absent! play truant from the ordinary meeting reported! how so predictable! we have said all along that the community cannot defend itself by relying on ‘the councillors’.
of any so-called political hue. these councillors are behaving like they don’t give a damn! and they were all frothing at the mouth with lip-trembling pleas for votes only three months ago! they are now showing open disrespect to the community. they are making excuses for their failures to stand up for the community and speak in recognition of the needs, the rights of the community. needs that khoodeelaar! has bee taking great pains to articulate. at least for the past 32 months. there is no excuse that these councillors do not know what the community needs, what the community deserves and what the control9ng clique is abysmally continuing to fail to deliver. the councillors concerned are behaving like they don’t owe it to the community to do their job, of attending to meetings and attending meetings that are held on council business. no matter what tag or party grouping they pretend to belong to. we the community have to do our defending. how do we do this? for a start, we do the investigating, we do the inquiries. we do the fact-finding. we check what these councillors are getting up to. when they are not getting chummy with each other beyond the limits of dignity. or decency. or democracy. a lot of that is allegedly going on. that should not be going on. for that stands in the way of councillors and employees doing the job they are in place to do. we can’t let these councillors get up to undemocratic indulgences. they re not councillors primarily to collect alliances. many people believe that that is why they are councillors. we say to these councillors: stop being so irresponsible towards the community. be sensible and be accountable. do your job. and if you don’t you will be discredited well before the time comes for any election again….. it is only by keeping an alert eye on their behaviour that we can defend this east end community against all the attacks that are going on. those attacks are likely to increase on the east end. with the confirmation last week that the global capitalist outfit the ‘dubai’ group [derived from the uk-based big business operations utilizing and exploiting the new enclave of dubai] has gotten closer than hitherto to the blair regime in making deals over the huge property superlative venture they are all restlessly engaged in 'vying for the loots over under the corruptly misleading banner of ‘thames gateway’, the people whose lives are targeted to be treated with no respect by crossrail must worry even more this weekend than they would have evidence to .

one of the criminal fabrications made against the east end by the tower hamlets council-linked touts for crossrail in 2004 was to the effect that the khoodeelaar! campaign against the crossrail hole assault on the east end was in any way spreading ‘misconceptions and unfounded fears’.
to illustrate, the council ‘cabinet’ report headed ‘crossrail update’ dated 6 October 2004, contained this ,
“it is important that the information available to the community is widely available and publicised, but also that it is accurate, to prevent misconceptions forming and causing unfounded fear and concern. “
that item was a double-faceted lie, typical of the lies confected by the touts based in tower hamlets council who were only at all even mentioning the word ‘community’ because of the previous almost one year of activity in defence of the community that khoodeelaar! had done on the issue of the council lying to the community about crossrail
